An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy double-looped buckle (c. 1500-c. 1650).
The pin is missing.
This buckle frame is convex at the front and flat at the rear. Each oval loop is similar in size. The front of both outside edges has deep grooves as decoration. The bar is triangular in cross-section and has iron staining. At each end of the bar there is a small knop. In side view each loop is angled upwards from the bar at an angle of about 15 degrees.
The frame is green with flecks of black lacquer.

Roman (AD c. 350-450) a complete cast copper-alloy buckle fragment of a zoomorphic frame. The frame is moulded into two dolphin heads facing each other, with their mouths slightly open. Between their mouths there is a circular disc with a trapezoidal section. The outer face has a low-relief 'II'. The dolphins have a prominent crest which tapers along the back of the dolphin and are decorated with obliquely angled low-relief notches. Medieval jetton:copper alloy English jetton, minted between AD 1280 - 1350 (Mitchiner, 1998; 124-116). It is probably a jetton of Edward I (1272-1307), a sterling head type (Berry, 1974 Plate 1 No. 5) The jetton is in a very worn and corroded condition.

Post-medieval copper alloy knife handle: The cast handle depicts two figures, a male and female who are back-to-back and co-joined. The figures are truncated at their lower torso which the kandle is narrowed and formed a rectangular-sections socket. The male bust is bearded, muscular and has a scroll for arms, which applies to the female figure as well. The female wears a garment with a radiating collar. The lower edge of both figures has a horizontal scroll-like motif. Both figures have traces of gilding.

An almost complete, post-Medieval lead powder measure cap dating from AD 1600 - 1700. It is cylindrical in form and tapers slightly from the open end towards a flat, circular cap. The cap would normally have two small, diametrically opposed, suspension loops, but one is missing and the remaining one is flattened against the side wall. The side wall has been damaged and has a hole measuring 3.4mm through it. There is a casting seam line on one side.
17.33mm high, 20.86mm diameter, thickness of walls 2.0mm, and it weighs 16.0gm.
