A fragment of cast copper-alloy spearhead, likely dating to the Middle Bronze Age (III) or Late Bronze Age - likely from the Wilburton, Blackmoor / Ewart Park phases. c.1200-750 BC. Description: The fragment represents most of the spear's upper section and is missing only part of the point. It is long, tapering and narrowing, with a very high angular midrib flanked by moulded channels. Copper alloy Colchester derivative, Harlow brooch. This has a double pierced lug on the rear of the head for the spring and external cord, both of which are missing. The wings have a convex face with a hollow band at the tip. Expanded shoulders flank the head of the brooch, this are decorated with a beaded line. The front of the brooch is decorated with a low central ridge running down the front. The lower part of the bow is truncated resulting in the loss of the catchplate.

Probable Middle Saxon connecting bar or suspension link from a chain. The object comprises a solid-cast rectangular-sectioned bar tapering from a broad end (4 x 3mm) with recessed loop to a narrow end (2 x 2mm) with a pair of engraved transverse lines on each face before a slightly recessed loop (diameter 4.7mm) set at 90° to that at the other end. Length 21.5mm. Weighs 1.15g. Cf. two broadly related links in Penn 2000 (EAA 92), Harford Farm Grave 19A, Fig.89, no.4. Second half of the 7th century.

Pottery. Coal Measures Purple Ware, a grey reduced fabric with moderately abundant rounded black inclusions to length 2.5mm, and with a warty exterior with a dull green glaze; body sherd. A thumb print, possibly from attachment of a handle, appears on one edge. This sherd was kindly identified by Wallace Collyer of the North Lincolnshire Pottery Research Group. Incomplete Roman copper alloy Bagenden type Aucissa derivative brooch in corroded and abraded condition, twin stumps where broken across pin-slot in the missing rolled head, broad flat-sectioned bow with remains of transverse mouldings on upper end and twin bosses flanked by vertical ribs on the rest of the bow, which is broken across the lower end and has the remains of two pairs of oposed perforated lugs on the sides. Narrow D-sectioned bow, straightened and lowered by distortion. On the reverse of one terminal a perforation in the transverse pin lug is filled and obscured by iron corrosion, the other terminal is covered with solder. Length (distorted) 37mm. An almost complete copper-alloy dress hook of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1650. The dress hook is of Reads Class E, Type 5 being trefoil in plan. The main plate is an openwork trefoil knot design with a D-shaped section. An integral D-shape sectioned hook extends from the lower curved edge of the bottom loop of the knot, terminating in a worn break. A copper alloy plate headed pin dating to the early medieval period (AD 800 - AD 1000). The pin head is in the form of an inverted triangular plate with rounded edges.
