An incomplete Medieval or post Medieval Copper alloy double looped spectacle buckle dating to the period c. AD 1350 -AD 1650. The pin and one loop are missing. The buckle fragment consists of a broadly oval loop with a transverse, scalloped decorative moulding of five semi-circular projections divided by four grooves. The narrowed and offset strap bar terminate in pointed knops. The buckle measures 19.80 mm in length, 27.56 mm in width and weighs 3.28 grams. An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy object, possibly part of the butt of a toy pistol (c. 1750-c. 1900). This object is shield-shaped in plan and the straight end is in the form of a break. The front has a moulded design. There is raised hatching with two slightly oblique pellets contained within a border of ridges. At the rounded end there are the remains of an iron rivet. An incomplete copper-alloy medieval forked spacer for a composite strap-end (AD c.1270-c.1450), missing the tip of one of its forks. It has a plain acorn knop terminal with a collar dividing the acorn element from the two prongs. The prongs are flat and rectangular in cross-section and unequal in length: the complete fork measures 23.09 mm from collar to tip whilst the incomplete prong measures 17.47 mm. The object is fairly corroded and has a green patina. Overall the object measures 30.11 mm long, 21.3mm wide and 4.3mm thick at the terminal. It weighs 2.46 grams. Examples of forked …

A small, cast Copper alloy mount of simple design possibly featuring a letter 'E'. The form of the letter is contemporary with the Medieval period and is especially prevalent on coinage of the period. The artefact is symmetrical with two piercings along its central axis, which are countersunk on one side. The piercings were probably used to fix the mount to leather or wood with Copper alloy rivets or nails.
