An incomplete copper alloy Harness Pendant of Medieval date (AD 1200-1400). The pendant is circular and flat with an integral elongated attachment loop extending from the upper edge. The loop is set at 91 degrees to the pendant plate and retains an intact circular loop at its upper end.
The upper surface of the pendant bears a central motif probably featuring a raised. No enamel is retained however minor amount of gilding is retained indicating the border of a squared shield. An incomplete copper alloy Hanging Bowl Escutcheon of Early-Medieval date (AD 550-700). The object is ovate in shape the portions of the outer raised border and the upper portion of the mount are missing due to old and abraded breaks. The upper surface is decorated with a raised central spatulate boss, within which is an ovate cell filled with red enamel. Around the boss is a beaded inner border. A complete copper alloy token from Gent & Co, Northampton, Tea Dealers. Obverse has a bust of Queen Victoria to left, GENT & Co TEA DEALERS . NORTHAMPTON. Reverse has a crest of a camel with griffin supporters encircled by "THE BEST & CHEAPEST TEA COFFEE SUGAR. Below the crest GENT & Co NORTHAMPTON 1850.
The token has been perforated by a single circular perforation at 5 O'clock.
