A copper-alloy Post-Medieval weight dating to AD1649-1660. This weight is circular with a height of 3.3mm, it has a flat base of 21.0mm diameter. The walls flare out slightly to an upper diameter of 21.7mm. The upper surface is recessed with a flat topped rim of 2.8mm width. The depressed central zone of the upper surface has three punch stamped verification marks. These marks are the sword of St. Paul which represents the city of London, a ewer which represents the Company of Founders, and instead of a royal cypher the shield of St. George used to represent the Commonwealth. A copper-alloy biconical bead of sub-circular to oval shape dating to the Bronze Age, probably middle Bronze Age to early Iron Age. This bead weighs 6.78g. It measures 15.9mm x 14.7mm transversely across the perforation and has a 'height', on the same axis as the perforation, of 9.9mm. The external surfaces of the bead are smooth, polished and undecorated. One side has a small irregular shaped depression at the mid point in the height. A late Roman silver siliqua of which only the shape of the obverse bust remains. Reverse legend has been removed from the coin during the later shaping of this flan. Reverse shows Roma seated left holding Victory in extended right hand (VRBS ROMA type, c. AD 364-388). Obverse legend has been removed from the coin during the later shaping of this flan. Obverse shows the remains of a diademed bust right. The coin had a die axis of 6 o'clock. Maximum height is 13.7mm, maximum width is 8.8mm, thickness is 1.7mm and weight is 0.96g. Distorted and incomplete Medieval Copper alloy spur buckle with trapezoidal frame and integral plate. The pin is missing. The plate has a pin hole filled with corrosion product and an integral rivet. It is of flattened D-section. Iron corrosion product, indicative of an iron pin is present on a large proportion of the front face. Much of the surface has been lost and only specks of white metal are extant. Length 21.54 mm. Maximum width of frame is: 13.01 mm & it is 2.92 mm thick. Weight is: 1.81mm.Overall condition is good. c AD1250 - AD1400.

An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy mount (1600-1700). The tips of the spikes are missing. This mount is convex at the front and flat at the rear and is in the form of a stylised fleur-de-lis. The rear face has the remains of two spikes which are circular in cross-section. Length: 34.3mm; width: 24.8mm; thickness: 3.0mm; thickness including spikes: 5.4mm. Weight: 5.23g. The mount is green with patches of a slightly darker green patina.

An incomplete Medieval cast Copper-alloy single loop sub-oval buckle frame with an offset strap bar. Dating from c. AD 1250-1400. The frame exhibits a moulded detail on the front edge consisting of two central knops with a raised bar either side of the knops. All elements are seperated by grooves. The buckle frame has witness marks on the undecorated back face. The pin is missing to antiquity from the frame. A slightly abraded surface with a mid green patina. It measures 14.11mm long, 17.20mm wide, 3.16 mm thick and weighs 1.49 grams. Cf. Whitehead 2001, p. 23, no. 89.

An early Post-Medieval silver-gilt pin dating to c.AD1500-1600 and weighing 2.62g. The pinhead is spherical with a diameter of 9.2mm. A median rib of 1.0mm width separates the upper and lower hemispheres. Each hemisphere is decorated with three filigree circles, of 5.7mm diameter, each of which contains three smaller filigree circles of 2.1mm. A sub-spherical pellet is present at the centre of each of these trefoils. These pellets have a diameter of 1.4mm.
