An apparently complete copper alloy unidentified object of uncertain date. It comprises a sub-oval, solid top measuring 14.6x13.7mm, c.2mm in thickness. From the centre of this extends a D-shaped loop (6.1x3.4x2.7mm) with a circular perforation at the centre, 1.6mm in diameter. From the external edge of the opposite face extends a 1.5mm thick and c.5mm long collar from which projects four equidistant copper alloy isoceles triangle-shapes, one of which has been bent outwards. A cast lead stopper, possibly from a pot or jug. In form, the object is a truncated cone, undecorated, with an overall smooth creamy white patina. A transverse hole 4.5 mm diameter runs through the object roughly halfway up its side. Possibly this was to accommodate a thread or handle to facilitate its removal. Diameter 19.2 mm, tapering to 6.3, height is 17.1 mm.

Conical lead weight of uncertain date. The base is uneven and has an upwards-curled lip runnig around the circumference. Projecting from the top is an iron shank or loop, teminating in an old break and now heavily corroded.
