An almost complete copper alloy medieval buckle and plate, dating from c. AD 1230-1260. The buckle frame is D shaped, and widens on the outer edge. The inside of the frame is bevelled, and the frame sub triangular in cross section. The pin bar is slightly recessed from the frame, and is rectangular in cross section. The pin is a piece of copper alloy looped round the pin bar, it is distorted and missing the tip of the pin. Incomplete late medieval to post medieval double sharp-hooked clasp of Read's 2008 Class S. Lozengiform sheet metal plate, missing one corner due to old damage.
