An incomplete and corroded post-Medieval copper-alloy dress-hook (c. 1500-c. 1650). Read Class E, Type 2 (shield-shaped). The hook is missing. It has a shield-shaped openwork plate that is rectangular in cross-section. At the top of the plate is an integrally cast rectangular suspension loop with two knops at the inner edge. Two incomplete post-medieval copper-alloy annular shoe buckles dating to c1720-1790s. The frames are annular in form with triangular openwork slots within a beaded border, a moulded rosette over each spindle hole and an oval bead at each end. The buckle frames are drilled for a separate spindle, the spindle and pin are missing. Rust on the back of the frames would suggest that the spindles were made of steel.

A complete copper alloy strap fitting of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1600 - 1800. The object comprises a narrow, sub-ovate plate tapering to an ovate knop terminal at one end and curving to form a flattened hook at the other. The front surface of the main plate is decorated with a moulded human figure, with raised arms and one raised leg. An incomplete copper-alloy pin of Early-Medieval date, c.AD 700 - 900. The pinhead is heavily worn though appears to have been polyhedral. Traces of ring and dot decoration on one side can been seen. The metal has a mid-green patina and is extremely worn. The pin is 9.9mm long, the head is 7.7mm x 7.5mm wide, and weighs 2g. Polyhedral-headed pins with ring-and-dot decoration are a common find from Middle-Saxon England, and have been placed in a typology of collared pins by Haldenby (2012) in which he supports a 9th century date.

A Roman copper alloy colchester derivative developed T-shaped brooch, probably dating to c. AD 75-150. The brooch is incomplete, comprising of the upper bow and head, with the right wing incomplete. The pin also survives partially. At the head of the brooch the wings survive to a width of 26.6mm, these are cylindrical, c. 5.0mm in diameter, and retain a copper alloy axis bar in situ. Copper alloy modified Roman coin, possibly a sestertius. The flan is square with rounded corners and appears to have been hammered around the edges to square-up or lip the periphery. The thinness of the coin and the fact that both obverse and reverse are struck in relatively low relief for the period suggest either a contemporary copy or that the object was struck in imitation of a coin, but was not intended for use as one. Obverse; female bust facing right, probably Faustina the Younger (Reece Period 8. Circa AD161-175). Reverse: standing female figure. Die axis 6 o'clock.
