A Late Bronze Age copper alloy tanged chisel, probably dating to c. 1150-800 BC. The chisel survives complete, although the tang has been damaged, and is now bent at 45 degrees to the plane. The tang is rectangular in cross section, tapering to a point in profile and with a sub-rectangular end in plan, with the remains of casting seems running down either lateral face, particularly prominent at the interstice with the collar. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Roman Developed T-shaped brooch of Hull T105/6 of the Lower Severn T-shape type of later 1st or 2nd century AD date (AD 50-150). Discussion: The coins are likely to represent a small purse loss as the wear pattern and being found in the same findspot suggest they were in circulation at the same time.

A copper-alloy Post-Medieval farthing token issued by the town of Lowestoft (Lowestoft Corporation), dating c. 1667-1670. Williamson 224. Obverse: shield with rose and crown, VILLA LOWISTOFF SVFFOLK Reverse: rose flanked by sexfoils, A/LOWESTOF/FARTHING in three lines Farthing trade tokens were first issued in 1648 as a response to the lack of small change, with halfpenny examples introduced in 1656. They were suppressed under Royal Authority in 1674.

Incomplete post-medieval copper alloy double-oval buckle frame, just over half survives, both loops oval, with a lobe at the ends of the bar and a moulded rosette in the centre of the surviving edge. The rosette is poorly cast. Rust on the bar suggests an iron pin. The form is comparable with Whitehead 2003, no. 408. An example from Camber Castle was found in a context dated 1543-1637 (Biddle et al. 2001, 260, fig. 7.2 no. 27). Extant length 30mm. Width 27mm. c.1550 - c.1650.

A lead Roman to Post Medieval weight, dating to AD 43-1800. It is a conical weight with a rounded apex in which an iron loop has been inserted and sealed with lead alloy still visible on the base of the weight. The sides of the weight have traces of iron corrosion as well as scratches and dentings. Weights such as this have been used from Roman through to Post Medieval times and numerous weight-related functions are likely, perhaps as a steelyard weight, standing weight, net weight or fishing weight. An incomplete copper-alloy probably Early Medieval to Medieval mount, dating AD 950-1100. It consists of a sub-circular perforated plate depicting a cross inscribed in a circle. The angles between the arms are perforated with circular holes. The ends of the arms expand creating two lobes which extend outside the circular frame. A Medieval bag or flask shaped lead-alloy pilgrim's ampulla, AD.1300-1500. The vessel has a rectangular neck section with integrally cast suspension loops, one of which is missing, the other folded over. The opening at the top of the neck has been pinched shut. Below the neck, the vessel has an expanding waist that curves out to form the main circular section of the vessel. Post-medieval copper alloy knife end-cap with the end of the iron scale-tang in a slot, cylindrical and of oval cross-section. The exterior is engraved with two saltires within rectangular frames and, on the proximal end, with eight radial lines (i.e. a cross on a saltire). Cf. NMS-2E5E73Z, LON-9FD153 and LEIC-026CDC. Length (excluding remains of tang) 15mm. Width 12mm. Thickness 11mm. The tang is wider, 14.5mm. 16th century.
