Obverse: [hENRICVS REX]; [Crowned bust facing with sceptre]. Reverse: + (crosss pattée) IOh[ ]EA; Voided short cross with a quatrefoil in each quadrant. Diameter: 17.3mm. Weight: 0.49g. A complete Medieval copper-alloy signet finger-ring (c. 1400-c. 1500). This finger-ring is large and sturdy. It has an oval bezel which is flat on its upper face. The plain shoulders taper evenly inwards to the base of the hoop. The bezel has a beaded circle enclosing an inscribed motif forming the crucifiction cross. The finger-ring is light green with some darker green patina. Height: 25.4mm; width: 26.8mm; thickness of bezel: 3.6mm; width of bezel: 13.6mm. Weight: 10.11g.

An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy single-loop buckle (c. 1500-c. 1650). The pin is missing. The frame is sub-rectangular in plan. It has a curving outer edge and concave sides. At the front the outer edge has a step around the base and there is a pin-rest. The inside of the outer edge is pointed. The narrowed bar is sub-square in cross-section. The coin was wrapped in a small fragment of cloth, now beige but with a circular area of green staining from contact with the copper alloy coin.
