An incomplete copper-alloy probably post Medieval loop of a purse frame, dating to AD 1500-1700. It consists of a circular frame with an oval cross-section. On the edge there is a oval cross-sectioned protrusion topped by a smaller knop.
The missing part, propably broken off the small knop, might have been inserted in a pivoting arm of a purse frame as in Egan (2005, p. 62, fig. 50, no. 267). Cf. LIN-DB5250 on PAS database.

A copper-alloy Post Medieval blunt hooked tag, dating to AD 1500-1650. It consists of a transverse oriented oval plate decorated in its front face with two addorsed small flowers on stalks, with leaves springing from a median bar and pellet within a hatched border. The top edge of the plate has a sub-triangular extension pierced with a circular sewing hole. The lower edge of the plate has a sub-rectangular prejecting element, which tapers and then turns upward creating the blunt point hook. An incomplete copper-alloy Post Medieval buckle, dating to AD 1620-1680. It is the broken half of a double trapezoidal looped frame buckle. The outer edge has a triangular shape in plan with a rounded knop in place of the outward pointing angle. Both ends of the outer side of the frame have a rounded knop. The edges are bevelled and the central pin bas has a trapezoidal cross-section. The pin is still in situ; it consists of a narrow strip of metal wrapped around the bar. A one-piece cast copper-alloy late Iron Age to Early Roman brooch of the Tène III Type, dating to 50 BC - AD 70. It has a three-coil spring mechanism with internal chord and complete pin. The bow is curved in profile and has an oval cross-section tapering towards the foot where it flatens creating the catch plate. The catch plate is trapezoidal in profile and has the upper corner of the back edge folded in itself in order to create the catch for the pin.
