An incomplete Roman copper-alloy Hod Hill brooch (AD 43-75). Hattatt Class B. The pin and is missing. The head-plate is inverted-sub-trapezoidal in plan, having inward concave sides. The horizontal upper side has been rolled forwards to create a cylinder for the iron axis bar which is mainly in the form of corrosion. Papal bullae were seals placed on official documents for authenticity, sent out by the church in Rome (see Geoff Egan in Saunders (ed.) 2001 pp.87-91). A complete silver openwork mount of Post-Medieval date (AD 1550-1750). The object is diamond shaped with an integral attachment loop on each of the four corners. The outer edge of the mount has repeating outer knops. There is an inner straight cross with a central raised knop, this forms four quadrants to the mount. Each quadrant is decorated with openwork consisting of repeating semi-circular beaded wires with knops at the points where each wire meets and adjoining wire or the central cross. The back of the object is flat and undecorated.

A Roman copper alloy pin head, probably dating to c. AD 44-410. The head consists of a slightly piriform globular terminal surmounting a triple banded collar of reducing diameter, below which the pin is truncated by an old break, although the shaft appears to have had a circular cross section. The artefact is 16.34 mm in length,is 6.9 mm (maximum) diameter and weighs 3.27 grams. No exact parallel for this object has been identified, however the patina and quantity of Roman material found in the vicinity would suggest a date in this period.

An unidentified lead object, possibly a mould, roughly rectangular in shape and with a central suken area. The design is situated in a sunken circle, part of which has been destroyed by damage to the main lead slab. At the centre is a curving serpent-like design with a tassel of four parts as a tail and an S shaped body, leading to a possible head. This may only be half of a two-part mould, maybe for the creation of tokens or coin-like objects. There is also the possibility this was used for impressing a design into butter.

A fragment of a bifaced flint implement. The flint is sub triangular in shape, and pointed oval in cross section. There is a diagonal break running across the wider section of the implement. On the dorsal face there are conchoidal ripple marks. On both mesal edges there is evidence of retouch in the form of stepped, invasive, low angle pressure flaking. It is possibly part of a chisel or dagger dating from the late Neolithic to the Early Bronze age, c. 2500-1500 BC.

A double-tournois of Louis XIII of France, dated 1643 and probably minted in Tours based on E mint mark. Louis is particularly well known for exiling his mother, Marie de Medici, who up until 1617 was acting as his regent.
