Copper-alloy medieval asymmetrical buckle with broken pin bar, dating to c. 1350 - 1450 AD. The buckle is formed from two loops; the main loop is oval and the strap loop is rectangular. Two triangular notches at the juncture of these loops is all that remains of the pin bar that would have once transected the buckle frame in parallel to the strap bar. An incomplete lead-tin alloy spoon dating to the second century AD. The fragment comprises the bowl of the spoon and a small triangular scar representing all that remains of the handle. The bowl is circular in plan and hemispherical in section making it of ​cochlearium type. The inner surface of the bowl is stepped around the circumference and possesses an integrally-cast floral motif or rosette at its centre. Incomplete copper-alloy Roman Colchester derivative brooch of Polden Hill type, c.f. Mackreth 2011, Part 3, group 4.h, dating to c. A.D 240-300. The brooch is formed of a wide bow that extends up from the head and then curves downwards, tapering to a flat, circular foot knob that is angled slightly out to the front of the bow. A complete lead alloy cloth seal probably dating to the Post Medieval period, circa 1500-1700. The seal comprises of two circular disks, broadly the same size, and a connecting strip. One face has a depiction of a rampant lion in light relief. The opposing face has the initial 'R' plus a number of small circular pellets surrounding. The surfaces of the seal are worn with a fairly even cream coloured patina. The cloth seal is in poor condition as a result of damage probably caused by movement in the plough soil. A complete silver post medieval cufflinks dating to c. 17th century, consisting of the two discs and the silver wire looped link.
