A Roman silver siliqua of Arcadius (AD 383-408), VIRTVS ROMANORVM reverse type depicting Roma seated left with reversed spear in left hand and Victory on globe with wreath and palm in right. Mint of Mediolanum (Milan) dating to the period AD 393 - 394 (Reece Period 21).
