A lead spindle whorl of probable medieval date due to material and style of decoration. The shape is biconical discoid with differing patterns between the two sides. Once side is decorated with what appears to be a stylised rotationally symmetrical floral motif of longitudinally stretched pentagons, the central spaces devoid of decoration, reaching from the inner hole to the outer rim.
