A copper alloy miniature axe probably dating to the Iron Age or Roman period (800 BC - AD 410). The miniature object is flat and in the form of an axehead. It is sub-rectangular in shape, flaring in size at the cutting edge. The butt of the axe is decorated with two tranverse grooved lines on both the front and reverse side. There is a circular attachment loop projecting from the external edge, near the butt of the axe. The metal is worn and mid green in colour. A complete tombac (copper and zinc alloy) mount or button of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1600 - 1700. The mount is circular in plan with a hollow domed profile. A series of shallowly recessed ovate cells decorate the border, flanked by grooved borders. No evidence of fixings are present. The metal has a shiny grey patina and is in good condition. The mount is 16.1mm in diameter, 6.4mm thick and weighs 1.8g.

The brooch is circular in plan with a raised border and is decorated with a six-pointed star with rounded terminals to each point. The star is also set around a single raised pellet at its centre. A copper alloy button and loop fastener dating to the Roman period (AD 50 - AD 200). The head of the fastener is flat and teardrop shaped. It is decorated with a chequered design, alternating between squares of red and yellow enamel. The shank extends straight down from the reverse of the head, and bends at 90 degrees before forming a triangular attachment loop. The spoon bowl is an elongated oval, classified by Homer (1975, p.46) as "dog-nose" type. The wider end of the bowl tapers into an integral D-sectioned handle with projecting shoulders and terminates in a worn break. A fragment of a copper-alloy Sterling bust jetton issued under Edward II dating to the period AD 1310 - 1314. Long cross with pellets in angles within border of pellets. Mint of London. Class 11. Similar jettons can be seen in Mitchiner, p.100, no's.118-120. The basic design of the jetton is based on the sterling pennies introduced by Edward I in 1279 though bear decorative borders rather than the legends typically seen on coins of the period.

An incomplete copper alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1720 - 1790. The buckle is a sub-rectangular knee buckle with a drilled frame to house a separate spindle. The spindle no longer remains and the frame is undecorated. The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. The buckle is 20.3mm long, 17.8mm wide, 2.4mm thick and weighs 1.5g. A similar example is illustrated in Whitehead p.111, no.712 and is dated to circa AD 1720 - 1790.
