A Post-Medieval ceramic sherd of North Devon gravel tempered ware, probably dating to c. AD 1600-1850+. A handle sherd, comprising of the juncture between the handle and body of the vessel. A hard fired oxidised ware with an orange-brown fabric containing an abundant coarse grained temper comprising of abundant, angular quartz, c. <2mm, with more occassional ferrous and limestone inclusions. The vessel features a solid, highly glossy, mottled green glaze on the interior surface. Striations on the surface would suggest that the vessel was wiped prior to firing. Weight: 82.06g.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy terret probably dating to c. AD 50-200. One of Lewis' (2015) later forms, with triple projections, probably comprising of three sets of transverse wings. The surviving portion of the terret comprises of roughly 33% of the ring. Originally D-shaped in plan, the attachment bar has been lost to an old break below the terminal, a second break, also old, is situated at the apex of the ring, at the juncture of a pair of wings with one of these now lost. A Post-Medieval copper alloy pot leg, of Butler, Green and Payne's type C, probably dating to c. AD 1500-1700. The leg is sub-rectangular in plan and plano-convex in cross-section, with a prominent transverse collar dividing the foot and leg, with the latter lost to an old break. The inside edge is flat and plain. Dimensions: length 49.5mm; width 31.1mm; thickness 19.9mm; weight 107.74g. Butler, Green & Payne (2009) classify such legs as their type C, in use by the 16th century and ubiquitous by the 17th.

An incomplete Bronze Age copper alloy Palstave, probably dating to c. 1,500-1,300 BC. The Palstave comprises of the blade only, the butt-end, including the entirety of the septum and flanges being lost to an old break at the stop ridge. The vestigial remains of loop are present, with a broken and abraded projection from one lateral face below the stop ridge. Each broad face features corroded rident or shield shaped decoration, cast in low relief below the stop ridge.
