A silver post-medieval coin; a groat of Edward VI (AD 1547 - 1553), posthumous issue in the name of Henry VIII (AD 1547 - 1551), Southwark mint, mintmark E (AD 1547 - 1549) on reverse only, and half roses in the cross ends. See North (1991) Volume 2, number 1872 on page 119. It is 24.4mm in diameter and 0.8mm thick. It weighs 2.48gm.

A fragment of a copper alloy pot leg from a Medieval cauldron or cooking pot, probably dating from the Medieval or early post-Medieval period, about AD 1200 - 1600. It is roughly D shaped in plan, with a shallowly fluted outer face, but otherwise oval cross-section. The base is rounded and the top is broken. It is 30.9mm long, 36.5mm wide and 9.8mm thick. It weighs 40.76gm. It appears to accord with the classification in Butler et Al (2009) leg type (d) common in the 17th and 18th centuries.

A copper alloy Medieval bar mount dating from about the 13th Century, AD 1200 - 1300. The mount has a hemispherical central lobe with projecting arms which terminate in a lobe at either end. The central lobe is pierced by a large central oval hole, and is decorated with horizontal ridges flanking the lobe. The terminal lobes also have central perforations containing copper alloy rivets. There are similar ridges separating the terminal lobes from the rest of the mount. The central lobe is hollow on the underside and the back of the mount is undecorated. A lead alloy possible spindle whorl of unknown date, Late Iron Age to Post Medieval, about 100 BC - AD 1600 . It is of Walton Rogers form B2 with two flat faces and curved sides. The central aperture is only 3mm diameter, casting some doubt on this object's function as a spindle whorl. It may be another form of perforated weight. The whorl has a light grey patina. It is 21mm in diameter and 5.5mm thick. it weighs 15.18gm.

An incomplete copper-alloy Roman brooch of the Colchester Derivative rear hook Type, dating to c.AD 43-70. It consists of the fragmentary head and part of the bow. The head has two wings, which are semicircular in cross-section and taper towards the broken ends. The spring mechanism is missing and the back of the head has a circular recess due to the casting process.
