Incomplete medieval copper alloy harness fitting, D-sectioned mount with a collared elongated lobe with treminal knop at one end and the remains of a perforated boss at the other end, broken across perforationd. The surviving terminal of the bar is also perforated and contains a copper alloy rivet (length 4.5mm). Extant length 36mm. Width of bar 6mm, of boss 8mm. Thickness of bar 2.5mm. Later 13th - 14th century. (Finder's no. WH.1 - 77)

An incomplete copper alloy spear tip from the Bronze Age circa 1700-1500BC. The spear tip is triangular in plan it is also curved and possibly missing a lower piece. The convex surface displays wear to the middle and the edges of the spear are nicked in places. Two of the nicks reveal a green patina underneath the redish brown surface of the spear. A fragment of Roman ceramic Verulamium Region Coarse White-slipped ware (VCWS) ring-neck flagon with neck and handle remaining, Hadrianic to Antonine date AD120-190. The fragment consists of the flagon neck with a handle of three ribs and a four rilled rim. The flagon has a combed decoration around the circumference of the vessel just below the handle, the exterior surface has a thin white slip and the interior is an oxidised red. A copper alloy Early Medieval pin, dating from AD 720 - 850. It has a globular head with a flattened top and a slight collar before the shank. The head is decorated with ten ring and dot motifs. The shank is circular in section and 2.2mm in diameter. The lower end is missing. The break is patinated. The pin is 34.9mm long, 9.3mm diameter and 4.3g. Compare pins from Flixborough (2009), especially Type 131, number 295 and 296 on page 50. Compare also SF-E19596 and NLM-66889C.

A copper alloy Roman pin, probably a hair pin, dating from AD 43 - 410. The point of the pin is missing. The head has a narrow oval loop and below eight circumferential grooves dividing the head into collars and beads of different width forming a reel, cordon or baluster design. The pin is bent into a wide U shape. It has a dark brown patina and the break is worn and patinated. It is 45.4mm long as bent, 4.1mm diameter and 3.94g. Compare BM-0A38FC and SF-54624A. This pin does not appear to fit into Cool's typology.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy annular brooch dating to the Medieval period, c. 1250-1400. It is circular in plan, with six collets projecting from its upper surface- four of which retain their white paste settings. Between each collet projecting from the frame is a zoomorphic triangular decorative knop (six in total) one of which is concurrent with a circular aperture that houses the remains of the wound wire pin. A fragment of a copper alloy pot leg from a Medieval cauldron or cooking pot, probably dating from the Medieval or early post-Medieval period, about AD 1200 - 1600. It is roughly D shaped in plan, with a shallowly fluted outer face, but otherwise oval cross-section. The base is rounded and the top is broken. It is 30.9mm long, 36.5mm wide and 9.8mm thick. It weighs 40.76gm. It appears to accord with the classification in Butler et Al (2009) leg type (d) common in the 17th and 18th centuries.

A fragment of a bent Bronze Age cast copper-alloy decorated socketed spearhead. The fragment broadly triangular in plan and lozengeiform in cross section. The spear fragment tapers towards the point which has been bent, the tip of the spear curves towards the fragment. At the break the socket is visible. The sides are decorated with vertical grooves. The spear is 36.1mm in length, 10.65mm wide, 7.1mm thick and weighs 6.26 grams.

The bowl of the spoon is pear shaped and offset from the handle, with an unelaborated junction, the handle tapering to a sharp point, sub-circular in cross section.
