A post medieval copper alloy dress hook dated to c. 1500-1700. Read's Class E, Type 5. The dress hook has moulded relief openwork decoration on the front, and is flat at the back. The body has 3 loops in trefoil pattern, with a hatched knot with each end terminating in a pellet. There is a rectangular attachment loop, with small spurs which may have been left behind in the casting process. The remains of a hook which has lost the end is also present. A post medieval copper alloy dress hook dated to c. 1500-1700. Read's Class E, Type 3. The dress hook has a circular body with moulded relief decoration and has been cast. The body has a double rose decoration on the front and is concave at the back. There is a slightly flared rectangular attachment loop. The hook is also present and curves to the back of the dress hook. The dress hook is a mid-green and is 13.8mm long, 32.8mm wide, 1.9mm thick and weighs 2.59g. Similar dress hooks are found in 'Hooked Clasps & Eyes' B. Read, 2008 p95.

An incomplete post medieval copper alloy dress hook dated to c. 1500-1700. Read's Class E, Type 3. The dress hook has been cast with moulded relief openwork decoration. The dress hook consists of a raised linear circle, which may have originally had a beaded edge, two loops either side of the centre which each have a single projecting spur and two pellets at the junction of the plate and hook. The central circle is also relatively concave. The dress hook is 15.7mm long, 18.6mm wide, 1.75mm thick and weighs 1.11g. Similar dress hooks are found in 'Hooked Clasps & Eyes' B. Read, 2008 p103.

A fragment of a post medieval copper alloy dress hook dated to c. 1500-1700. Read' s Class E, Type 5. The dress hook has a moulded relief openwork design. The dress hook consists of a rectangular attachment loop with small pellets at each end where it joins the main plate. A single complete loop is attached to the attachment loop and a partial (what would have been central) loop projects below this. The dress hook is 13.9mm long, 15.6mm wide, 1.3 mm thick and weighs 0.77g. Similar dress hooks are found in 'Hooked Clasps & Eyes' B. Read, 2008 p110.

The body is broadly circular with a rectangular attachment loop. The body is decorated with an equal armed cross with a central pellet within a linear circle. The edge of the body is beaded and engrailed. The hook is present and is bent forward. The dress hook is 15.8mm long, 32mm wide, 1.35 mm thick and weighs 2.3g. A post medieval copper alloy dress hook dated to c. 1500-1700. Read's Class E, Type 3. The main plate is broadly circular with seven perforations. Four perforations align on top underneath the attachment-loop, which is rectangular and broken off on one corner. A chequered lozenge with a potentially engraved edge is in the centre of the body. A section of the hook is present but the bottom is missing. The dress hook is 15.5mm long, 29.4mm wide, 1.1mm thick and weighs 1.72g. Similar dress hooks are found in 'Hooked Clasps & Eyes' B. Read, 2008 p104.

An incomplete copper-alloy hooked tag of Early Medieval date, c.AD 650 - 1200. The hooked tag is of Reads Class A, Type 1 being triangular in plan. An integral hook extends from the pointed end of the main plate, terminating in a worn break. Two attachment holes are present, one in either corner, though both are now filled with organic material from deposition. The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. The hooked tag is 21.8mm long, 10.6mm wide, 0.9mm thick and weighs 0.8g. Parallels can be seen in Read, p.9 Class A, Type 1 which date from the 7th to the 12th century.

An Early Medieval copper alloy hooked clasp dated to c. AD 600-1100. The clasp can be classified by Read in 'Hooked Clasps & Eyes' under Class A, Type 1, which he suggests has been manufactured using the sheeting method. The clasp is triangular shaped with the point bent to form a hook. The wider section of the hook has two off centre V-shaped notches.
