A piece of Post Medieval cast lead shot, circa AD1600 - 1800. A near spherical ball with a casting seam, and the remains of the sprue where the shot was trimmed after moulding. In good condition, it measures 12.6mm in diameter, and weighs 10.4g.

The object consists of two articulated plates, each one is sub rectangular in form and cross section. The upper portion (as shown) consists of a parallelogram shaped plate which has rounded projections in the centre of each of its sides. Medieval copper alloy harness pendant, dating to 1300-1500AD , Length: 31 mm, width: 20 mm, thickness: 2 mm, weight: 3.08 g. The object is crucifom and has a sub rectangular cross section. each of the plain rectangular, triangular cross sectioned arms has a rounded, domed projection. The fourth has an integral suspension loop with a circular hole above it. The object is very similar to an example in 'The Medieval horse and its equipment' , p. 67, fig. 50

Possible Roman copper alloy finger ring. Width: 15 mm, thickness: 4 mm, diameter: 28 mm, weight: 24.44 g The object consists of a tapering sub rectangular sheet of copper alloy which has a bulging sub oval cross section. This has been wrapped around to form a ring/loop. The finder has been advised that it is a finger ring of Roman date. The colour does not seen correct for such a date but it was found outside my area.

A worn and incomplete Medieval copper alloy Candle Holder. It consists of the remains of a tube 28mm long, 19.0mm in diameter which tapers at its rounded base and developes into a stem with a raised collar 9.0mm in diameter. Below this the stem continues for a further 6.0mm, finishing with a rounded end. It has decoration of three pairs of incised lines around its circumference, just below the rim, at its middle, and just above the base of the tube.

A complete copper alloy Crotal bell dating to the period AD1650-1850. The bell is spherical with a sub rectangular suspension loop at its top. In the top half of the bell, there are two sound holes, 7.3mm in diameter, on opposite sides. Around the bell's circumference, is a raised rib. The lower half has a long slit with a circular sound hole of 6.5mm diameter at each end. Its surface is worn and undecorated. An iron clapper is inside and the bell still rings. It measures 40.1mm in length, has a diameter of 30.1mm, and weighs 38.4g.
