A possibly complete lead-alloy weight or gaming piece of possible Early-Medieval date, c.AD 850 - 1050. The object is plano-convex with a large central depression in the flat face. The upper domed surface displays a shiny grey patina while the sides and base are a light creamy brown colour. The object is 23.6mm in diameter, 14.8mm tall, the depression is 8.1mm in diameter and 6.1mm deep. It weighs 41.9g. Similar objects have been recorded on the PAS database.
