A gold object of uncertain function and date. The object consists of a flat sub-u-shape plate that is plain on both sides. The absent central section is rectangular in plan and extends from the circumferential edge of the plate to past its centre, and appears to have been cut out of what was originally a circular-shaped plate. The object measures 25mm in diameter and is 1mm thick. The central section measures 15mm in length and 6mm in width. The object weighs 2.87 grams.

There are about 157 lead pieces and many of these are amorphous. There are sets within this collection that have distinguishing features that group them together.

Roman (mid 1st to 2nd century) brooch: The lower portion of the bow remains. The bow is broken at the upper edge which is at the approximate midpoint of the bow. The break is not a recent. The bow tapers to a slightly expanded foot.
On the reverse of this portion of the bow there is a complete catchplate.
The surface of the brooch has an abraded patina.
The brooch measures 21.13mm in length, 3.79mm in width across the upper edge and weighs 1.35g.
The brooch is a Colchester derivative. It probably dates to the mid-1st to second centuries.

An incomplete copper-alloy probably Roman pair of tweezers, dating to AD 43-410. It consists of a sub-rectangular sheet of metal with a rectangular cross-section. One of the end could be the remain of a loop while the other end slightly flares and has a bevelled edge. Both faces are undecorated and have old longitudinal superficial breaks. The arm has several bents and humps along his length.
