A Copper alloy closed-mouthed bell of probable Post-Medieval date, probably dating to c. AD 1500-1700. The bell survives complete, retaining an iron pea in situ. The bell is sub-piriform in plan and lenticular in cross section, a sub-rectangular lug projects from the apex of the bell, with a rounded end and large sub-circular drilled aperture. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman Colchester derivative, double pierced lug, Harlow type brooch dating to the 1st century AD. The remaining part of the brooch consists of a complete bow and catchplate and the wings which are hollow, and C-shaped in section. The spring and pin are missing. The bow is D-shaped in cross-section and almost at a straight angle to the wings, which tapers to a rounded end. A medieval to post-medieval copper-alloy trapezoidal strap fitting or belt mount with a trefoil at one end and an old worn break at the other. The trefoil has a piercing measuring 2mm in diameter. The sides of the fitting expand from 15.5mm to 20.7mm. There are two openwork oblong slots with a hole beneath measuring 3.4mm in diameter.

A post-medieval copper alloy buckle frame of sub-oval/ sub-trapezoidal shape, with separate drilled iron spindle the the remains of a copper alloy chape. Whitehead dates similar examples (pp.98-9) to 1660-1720. The short outside edges are curved, being concave to the underside. In shape these are hemispherical and are decorated with two sets of overlapping, grooved and curved lines forming an oval shape with tails pointing towards the centre.
