A worn silver hammered sixpence struck for Elizabeth I, dating to 1571. Tower mint, initial mark; Castle. As North (1975): 1997
The coin has 2 small piercings at the 3 o'clock position on the obverse, 0.81mm and 1.3mm. The smaller hold is piecerd from the obverse to the reverse and the larger hole from reverse to obverse.
