A rim fragment from a cast copper alloy cauldron. The fragment is 75 mm in width, 41 mm in height and 3.5 mm thick, widening to 6 mm thick at the rim and a weight of 57.3 g. The rim is out-turned and bevelled on its inner edge with the upper face flat, so that it is triangular in section. The curvature of the rim suggests that it would have been 280 mm in diameter which falls comfortably within the normal range for a cauldron and suggests a vessel with a capacity of between 4½ and 6 gallons. A late Roman 4th century probably military copper-alloy 'propeller' mount or belt fitting. It comprises a central openwork circle D-shaped in cross-section, flat to the underside and measuring 11.6mm diameter with a 5.5mm diameter piercing. There is a D-sectioned arm to either side expanding from 5.4 x 2.8mm to 6.9 x 2.9mm with an in situ rivet at each end (measuring 1.8mm diameter and 3.6mm in length). The underside of the fitting is flat. It measures 55.3mm in length, 11.8mm in width, 3.7mm in thickness and weighs 6.69g.

An incomplete copper-alloy Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) small-long brooch. The head comprises a central rectangular plate with three sides extended in three flat semi-circular knops; one of the knops is heavily damaged. The fourth side extends in the arched bow, which has a D-shaped cross section and tapers towards the break. The bow is thicker in the middle. The front of the headplate is decorated with a central ring-and-dot, while the bow has in its front a very abraded longitudinal groove. Copper alloy key. Cast rotary key with a kidney-shaped bow and a moulded collared stem which is thicker at its outer end, diminishing towards the bit from a further, grooved, collar. The rectangular but has two clefts front and one back, producing an angular S-shape. The size may suggest use to lock a casket or item of furniture. The stem is bent at its point of constriction. A Post Medieval copper alloy double-looped buckle, probably dating to the 16th century. The buckle has two oval loops with a central cross bar flanked by moulded knops. The buckle frame is plano-convex in cross section and with the outer edge of each frame expanded and moulded into a rossette. Traces of a black lacquer coating survive.
