A fragment of a cast copper-alloy Late Iron Age-Early Roman brooch of the Rosette Type, dating to AD 20-60. It consists of the damaged oval plate and the lower part of the integral bow attached to the centre of the plate. The plate is flat and has old breaks along the edges; the outer rim of the front face has irregular traces of curvilinear grooves, which seem to follow the curved edge of the plate.
