Two post-medieval copper alloy harness mounts, both almost flat, 17th century: - asymmetrical with the stumps of two integral round-sectioned attachment spikes on the reverse. One terminal is a fleur-de-lis, the other a small lobe. Counter-relief decoration on the gilt front comprises details of the fleur, scrolls and pellets. The form is broadly comparable with that of NMS-F2396F. Length and width 31.3 and 13.2mm. - in the form of an acorn, rather abraded, with two integral round sectionedattachment spikes on the reverse, one a stump only. Length 20.5mm. Width 9mm.

Copper alloy mount. Cast discoid plate with a central hemispherical concavo-convex or hollow boss and a broad flat rim. The rim bears features in three concentric orders. The outermost is a juxtaposed series of flat circular stamps which overlie a continuous moulded pattern made up of five fine concentric strands. An incomplete copper-alloy mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700. The mount comprises a sub-ovate plate with narrow D-shaped section and two integral rivets projecting from either end of the reverse. Both rivets are bent toward the wider end of the plate and both terminate in worn points. The surface of the mount appears undecorated. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The mount is 19.8mm long, 8.8mm wide, 1.2mm thick (4.9mm with rivets) and weighs 1.2g.

An incomplete copper-alloy mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700. The mount comprises an openwork lozenge frame with two integral attachment rivets placed either side of the central lozenge-shaped hole to the reverse. One rivet is bent inward, the other is broken and worn. The frame is flat and rectangular in section with a linear recess containing a series of raised pellets following the shape of the frame. A copper alloy strap fitting, probably a belt mount, dating to the 17C. The mount consists of a sub-rectangular plate with curved edges. From the reverse project a pair of integral rectangular-sectioned prongs for attachment which would have formed a sub-rectangular loop.. The length is 27mm, the width is 18mm and the weight 3.86g. Such mounts with integral prongs may have been from harness straps. Post medieval copper alloy belt mount, 1500-1700. A copper alloy belt or strap mount of post-medieval date. The mount appears to be broadly phallic in shape. One end is bilobate with a waisted middle and flaring triangular terminal at the other. The reverse holds two prongs, one near each short end. For similar examples see: SF-3BF4A6 LVPL-6B1DE8 HESH-796A17. The length is 22mm, the width is 15mm and the weight 2.54g.

An incomplete copper alloy mount probably dating to the Early-Medieval period (AD 500 - AD 700). The mount is a hollow dome with a decorated upper face. The design consists of a 9-pointed star with a circular recess in the centre, all within a plain circular border. Surrounding the plain border is an intricate floral design, made up of curving lines.
