An incomplete Roman copper-alloy nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-337), dating to circa AD 306-317 (Reece Period 15). SOLI INVICTO COMITI reverse type depicting Sol standing left raising right hand holding whip and globe in left. Mint of London. RIC Vol VI, nos. 113, 120, 121a, 124-127 or RIC Vol VII, nos 88-95. The coin has broken and only partial elements of the legends remain though the coin is quite unworn. Diameter: 17.3mm Weight: 1.22g
