An incomplete medieval cast lead alloy handle, probably from a sheet vessel, dating from c. 1270-1350 AD. The shaft of the handle is right angled in shape, and octagonal in cross section. The handle ends in a worn break where the other part of the shaft and opposite corner would have attached. At the corner of the right angle on the outside there is an acorn shaped projection. Incomplete copper alloy object of Middle - Late Saxon date (c. AD 700 - 1000). Asymmetrical plate expanding in width from 13.8mm at one end to 23.1mm at the other. The object is curved along its length, the expanded terminal markedly so. The front exhibits a complex geometric design moulded in high relief, now heavily worn. Running down the centre is a series of mouldings in high relief consisting of a concave-sided triangle with a circular boss at each corner. An unidentfied object, a sheet of lead or lead alloy c 2.10mm thick, with rough edges all around, which has been roughly folded, not quite in half. Unknown date. The inner surface is pale cream/grey in colour, the outer surface a little darker and mottled with black. There does not seem to have been any particular purpose in folding it, in that it has not been folded tightly to, for example, act as a weight, and it does not appear to be a Roman curse tablet. A complete cast lead alloy circular uniface token, probably dating to Post Medieval period (AD.1550-1800 ): Class Powell Type 2. One side the token has the raised initials H with a raised pellet on the cross bar. The other side is undecorated and flat. It measures 19.6mm in diameter 1.7mm thick, and weighs 3.36 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely. Those with initials are generally thought to be Post Medieval in date, AD1550-1800.

An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead alloy circular unifaced token (AD1250-1850 ). Powell type 30.The token has a design of numerus randomly spaced raised pellets on the obverse and a flat, undecorated reverse. The token measures 18mm in diameter, 1.8mm thick and weighs 1.93 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date (1250-1850 AD).

A complete but distorted medieval cast copper alloy sewing thimble dating to AD 1400 - 1450. It is domed, with quite pronounced shoulders, and has drilled or punched pits in irregular longitudinal rows. It is 22.50mm in height, c 23.50mm in diameter at the base and weighs 9.79g. Fragment of a medieval gilded copper alloy strap fitting dating to the period c. AD 1250 - 1450. Irregularly shaped sheet copper alloy, heavily worn. It exhibits two perforations, one of which is across the line of an old break. One surface retains traces of gilding and an engraved zig zag border along each long edge.

An incomplete post-medieval cast copper alloy rowel spur dating probably to c.AD 1600 - 1700. It s quite a small spur, havng a span of c 65mm. One heel band has broken off about halfway along its length, the other is intact wth a figure of eight terminal (for attachment to leathers) extant. The rowel neck is 10mm in length but the separate double lug frame, lying at an angle to the neck, and which would have held the rowel itself, appears to have broken, perhaps at the point where the rowel was attached. Fragment of copper alloy spur, part of D-sectioned side with heart-shaped terminal (width 12.5mm) with twin perforations. The side has an incised median groove and pecked and stamped decoration, and is separated from the terminal by a transverse grooved moulding. Extant length 55mm. An incomplete cast lead-tin alloy (pewter) spoon dating to the mid-17th century. The fragment comprises part of the bowl and the beginning of the stem, the rest has been lost along with the knop. The bowl is a round or large oval form with a semi-circular top at the junction with the stem, Homer (1975:46) type ' c' or 'd'. The edge of the bowl is damaged with old breaks around the sides and the front and back surfaces are worn and pitted. A fragment of a late Bronze Age socketed axe dating to perhaps c. BC 1000 - 800. It consists of the side loop, a small section of the axe itself and a short section of the collar of the socket. A casting ridge is visible over the collar and along the length of the loop. It is 33.22mm in length (from the top of the collar to the lower end of the loop, at which point the rest of the axe has broken away) and 26.58mm in width (two broken edges either side of the loop).The loop itself is 18.82mm in length, 6.55mm in width, with an oval opening (6.36mm x 4.04mm). It weighs 20.97g.

Complete Neolithic/Bronze Age flint scraper, tertiary flake, in a roughly triangular shape, dating around 4500-700BC. The striking platform is at the apex of the flint scraper, with the tool widening out into a rough triangle with a curved distal end. The distal end shows short, abrupt retouch on the dorsal side.
