A lead weight, possibly used as a spindle whorl, date uncertain. This artefact weighs 15.62g (0.55oz). The weight has a sub-circular shape with a thickness of 5.6mm and a diameter of 21.7mm. The artefact has a rectangular cross-section, all surfaces are flattened including the edges. The central perforation has a diameter of 7.8mm and is cylindrical in shape. The top and bottom surfaces are fairly smooth but with a few scratches. The outer edge has a rough texture due to striations all round which may have originally formed a pattern or lettering.

An incomplete copper alloy object of uncertain type and date. The object is U shaped, with a worn break at one end which is circular in cross section. This narrows into an oval shape in cross section, and curves round on itself. The object the narrows and widens out into along thin rectangular shape in cross section, almost like a blunt blade. It has a light green patina, and measures 22.4mm in length, 21.5mm in width, and 8.0mm at maximum width. It weighs 7.75g.

A copper alloy Roman coin; a nummus possibly of Constantine I (AD 307 - 337), dating from AD 318 - 320 (Reece period 16). Probably VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP reverse type, depicting two Victories standing holding a wreath with an altar between them. Mint unknown. Compare RIC 53 or 213 for example, for a similar obverse bust. The coin is 16.9mm diameter, 2.4mm thick and 2.49g. Concretion on the reverse makes the design and legend difficult to see.

A fragment of a copper alloy Roman bow-and-fantail brooch, dating from AD 50 - 150. The only extant part of the brooch is the fantail, which is roughly teardrop in shape, the triangular corners having been worn away. It is decorated with an incised petal or leaf design, above which is the lower half of a linear semicircle. There are also remains of further decoration above the semicircle which has worn away. A Roman Samian Ware body sherd possibly from a bowl (AD 50 - 200). The sherd is triangular in plan, rectangular in cross-section and slightly curved in profile. The fabric is hard with an orange core and an orange gloss slip on the outer and inner surfaces. The shred is relief decorated with a ridge running along one edge and a possible leaf and stem design in the centre. Thickness 10.81mm and weight 11.44g.

An incomplete, copper alloy Roman brooch of the Dragonesque type (AD c. 75 - c. 175). The fragment of the brooch is the central S-shaped body with the two zoomorphic heads and pin missing. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman bow brooch, probably dating to the 1st or 2nd century AD. This brooch fragment might possibly be the remains of a T-shaped, Bow and Fantail, or Trumpet derivative brooch however not enough survives to allow precise/certain identification.
The fragment weighs 2.47g and unusually the pin shaft survives to a greater length than the bow.
