A complete Medieval silver halfgroat of Henry VI (1422-1461), minted at Calais. Annulet issue, 1422-1427. Initial marks: cross V/none (North 1991: 74, ref: 1429). Obverse: +hENRIC DI GRA REX ANGL Z FR (saltire stops); Crowned bust facing within a tressure of nine arches (annulets by neck).
