Cast copper alloy, shield-shaped, heraldic harness pendant of probable 14th-century date (c.1250 - 1450). The pendant is mostly complete apart from the suspension loop which is partially missing. An integral cast suspension loop located at the centre of the upper edge of the pendant is partially intact with traces of gilding. The loop is set at an angle of 90 degrees to the plane of the pendant. The pierced loop is incomplete. A fragment of a copper-alloy openwork harness pendant or sword belt fitting dating to the second or third century AD. The fragment comprises a portion of a flat, openwork plate which is semi-circular in plan and is likely to form the base of the pendant. The fragment measures 31mm in width, 1mm in thickness.

Incomplete, worn and corroded copper alloy armorial horse harness pendant, shield-shaped, with point bent back onto the reverse, suspension-loop broken across perforation, much red emamel survives, surface treatment of metal missing. An incomplete cast copper-alloy harness pendant dating to the Medieval period, c. 1100-1250. The suspension loop and part of one side are broken in old damage, but otherwise the object is preserved intact. It consists a leaf-shaped plate with a suspension loop turned at a perpendicular plane to the main body of the object at its apex, the upper portion of which is missing. From the upper edge of the object an integral suspension loop projects at 90 degrees to the plate. The loop has a central circular perforation.
