A fragment of a Medieval copper-alloy French/Low Countries jetton of the Duchy of Burgundy dating from AD 1300-1384. The obverse depicts a quartered square topped shield quarterly of France-Burgundy, reverse a probable triple stranded cross fleuretty within a four-arched tressure with a rosette in each angle. cf. Mitchiner (1988: 253) no. 794.

A fragment of a copper-alloy French jetton of the 'arms of France modern' type dating to the Medieval period, c. 1380-1422. Obverse: three lis in shield. Reverse: triple-stranded cross fleury. Only around thirty percent of the original flan survives, the rest missing in an old break. C.f Mitchiner nos. 440-459.
