A post-medieval cast iron cannon ball, dating to the period AD c. 1600-1800. The ball is spherical, well cast with no obvious waist, casting or set-up marks. However, the surface is corroded and pitted which may obscure some marking. The diameter is 60.03 mm, suggesting use with a falcon or falconett, artillery pieces in common use during the civil war period. Weight 800.2 g

An incomplete copper-alloy object, possibly part of a tankard handle dating to the Roman period. The object comprises a plate which is tongue-shaped in plan and slightly convex in section. Two openwork extensions originally extended from each of the long sides of the plate, of which only a small portion of one remains. The upper surface of the plate is decorated with two marginal ribs, each flanked by two grooves. There are corrosion products and possible lead solder adhering to the underside of the plate. The object measures 45mm in length, 34mm in width and 2mm in thickness.

A copper alloy lower blade fragment from a palstave dating to the Middle Bronze Age, circa 1500-1300 BC. The shape of the fragment is sub-triangular in plan and triangular in profile; the cross section at the break is sub-rectangular in form. The blade is broken below the stop ridge, due to this it is uncertain whether this fragment is from a looped - or unlooped palstave variant. Post-medieval copper-alloy symmetrical double-loop buckle frame dating to the period c. AD 1550-1700. The frame is plain and rectangular. It is bevelled externally and internally on the front, though far more shallowly externally. The rear surface is flat. A complete silver medieval finger ring, dating from 1100-1500 AD. The ring has a central rectangular bezel, which arches out slightly from the main hoop. The rectangular bezel is plain and undecorated. On each side of the bezel are two rectangular projections, projecting out on both sides of the hoop. These are decorated with vertical incised lines. The hoop is oval shaped, and D shaped in cross section. The hoop has been slightly distorted. The ring is a dark grey silver colour. It measures 19.2mm by 18.6mm, and has a maximum thickness of 3.3mm. It weighs 1.59g.
