A complete copper alloy Harness Pendant of Medieval date (AD 1100 - 1250). The object is circular in plane and concavo-convex in section. From the upper edge of the object an integral suspension loop projects at 90 degrees to the plate. The loop has a central circular perforation. The centre of the plate has an openwork design consisting of an elongated quatrefoil. From the central design is an incised linear pattern of radiating lines. The back of the object is undecorated.
