Post-Medieval (c. 1650-c. 1850) copper-alloy signet finger ring: Only the bezel of the finger ring survives. It is oval with tapering ends flowing into the shoulders. There is a trace of the hoop, which is a D-shape in section. The bezel is decorated with a low-relief border within which there is a low-relief W with a long cross above. The surface of the item has a shiny mottled mid green patina on the internal surface, but is abraded across the bezel. Post Medieval (later 17th century) incomplete cast lead four part cloth seal. Two discs of a four-part seal remain, discs two and three, but the connecting ribbon is missing. Disc two has 'OF ENGLAND with a bust facing right. Disc three has a fleur-de-lis with 1 to left and ½ to the right. The seal is in fair condition and the surface has a buff patina. The largest disc measures 19.39mm long, 13.42mm wide, 1.57mm thick and weighs 1.23g. Cloth seals were in use between the 14th and 18th centuries (Egan, 1994) as a form of quality control. A Post Medieval copper alloy finger ring. The ring is stirrup shaped, having a large oval hoop which rises and tapers at the top to form a flat rectangular bezel. The bezel contains an unclear incised motif, which perhaps indicates this was used as a merchant's seal ring. There are two triangular shapes, one on either side of the bezel, roughly in the center.

A late Iron Age or Roman copper alloy terret ring. The terret is formed of a hoop which is oval in plan and pointed oval in section. The point of the oval section faces outwards and is decorated by a rib formed by diagonal grooves giving it the appearance of twisted rope. The loop is narrowest at the top, and expands gently as it curves downwards towards the bar. Both ends of the hoop terminate with a large double collar. An incomplete cast copper alloy double-looped buckle dating to the post medieval period, c. 1550 - 1650. The frame and strap bar survive but the pin is missing.It is rectangular in plan, with a rounded upper surface and flattened underside. It has an ferrous corrosion stain on one side of the strap bar which probably reflects the original pin.
