A broken silver hammered penny struck for Henry III, dating c. 1250-1253. Class 5a (ball-tailed R's), probably moneyer Renaud at the mint of London.
The coin was originally bent over, but on attempting to open it out snapped into two roughly equal pieces. The original fold was down the axis of the cross on the reverse, suggesting this was deliberate.

A post-medieval copper-alloy farthing trade token of the town of Froome in the County of Somerset, dating to 1670. The token is bent.
Williamson (1967, 979) notes two varieties of this token, based on the spelling of Froome - FROOMB and FROOME. The last letter is a little unclear on this example but its more angular nature suggests it is probably an E.
