An unidentified cast lead or lead alloy object, probably of post medieval date. It is a fragment of probably a vessel of some kind, perhaps a section of the body of a small cup, it being in the form of the curved 'belly' of something. There are broken edges all around. In raised relief on the fragment is part of a classical type coat of arms or similar, being a raised oval central boss with scroll pattern and fleur de lys arranged around it. The fragment is 25.84mm in height, 36.45mm in width and weighs 15.43 g. It is 5.56mm thick at its greatest.

A cast copper alloy unidentified object but possibly a pendant of some type, missing any loop or hook, probably dating to the medieval period. It is drop shaped with a globular body (c12.12mm in diameter) which is hexagonal in section. The whole of the item is slightly flattened on one side as if it had been against a hard flat surface when in use. At one end of the main part of the body is a narrowed cylindrical extension (6.30mm in diameter) with three circumferential ridges, ending in a small pointed knop. A fragment of a fired clay strainer or colander or similar, probably dating to the medieval period (c AD1200 - 1500) but could be earlier. There are broken edges on all sides but this fragment may come from near the rim or base of the vessel, being thicker in one part than the other. There are two holes piercing the fragment near the thick edge, formed by passing a rod or stick through plastic clay. They are 7.42mm apart and have a diameter c4.57mm on one surface, tapering to c3.20mm on the other. The remnant of a third such hole, in line with the other two, can be seen at the broken …

A cast copper alloy Roman folding knife handle dating to 3rd or 4th century AD The fragment of knife handle may depict a stylised hound chasing a hare or similar, in the round. The form of the handle includes open work and the longitudinal groove,designed to take the blade of the knife when folded, can be seen on the underside. An incomplete copper alloy and enamel plate brooch, a chatelaine, dating to the Roman period c AD100-200. The brooch is sub triangular in form. The plate has a straight base with two curved sides which meet at a knop at the apex. Extending from the two sides of the brooch are three further, smaller knops, originally two on each side but one has broken away at an early date.
