A lead-alloy Medieval sub-circular seal matrix. It has a rectangular integral lug on the upper egde and altough it is perforated parallel to the front of the seal, the hole seems blocked or unifinished. The front face has a central incised design depicting a longitudinal median line bisecting an oval with its lower end and an upper end delimited by a short (9.50 mm) transverse line. Medieval lead alloy seal matrix, 21mm in diameter, 3mm thick with a weight of 7.07grams.
The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section. The matrix consists of an inscribed circle with a cross motif filling it. The inscription reads S'ROB IAMO (V or N). The reverse has a narrow raised border and the remainder is filled by a central raised boss surrounded by 11 elongated 'petal' motifs picked out in relief. There is a semi-circular suspension loop positioned at the edge which partially covers two of these motifs.

Medieval lead seal matrix, 31mm in length, 19mm wide and 4mm thick with a weight of 12.37grams.
The object is flat, with a lentoid (pointed oval) form and a rectangular cross section. Its matrix consists of a central stylised fleur-de-lis motif in a solid border. The inscription reads + S'. IOhIS:. AMEBI (or possibly ABREBI) meaning Seal of John Ameby or Abreby. The two names are separated by three dots positioned in the point.
