A complete copper alloy weight of the Post Medieval to Modern period (AD1600-1900). The weight is square in shape and has bevelled sides. There is an inscription on one face XII or XVI, which is unclear due to wear, but is more probably XII. There are no other marks on the weight. As its weight is exactly two tenths of an ounce, it suggests that it could have had a number of uses such as an apothecary, trade or small bullion weight. A copper-alloy halfpenny Conder token of Iron Master, James Wilkinson, AD 1728-1808. Token may date to 1792. Obverse shows wigged bust facing right. Obverse legend reads [JOHN WILKINS]ON IRONMASTER. Reverse shows seated female with stringed harp with illegible date in exergue below this. Reverse legend illegible ?[INCORPORATED BY ACT OF PARLIAMENT]. Diameter is 26.97mm, thickness is 1.30mm, weight is 5.12g, and die axis is 6 o'clock. It has been suggested that this token is a forgery.

An incomplete, copper-alloy strap fitting of the Roman period (AD 45-450). The object is in the form of three circular inset heads in trefoil shape, each having a central rivet or bud. At the base of the trefoil is a shank of two short sides and a horizontal bar. The decoration on the object has been punched, forming depressed pellets. On the reverse is a stud behind the upper part of the trefoil, with similar decoration on the heads. Medieval copper alloy rowel from a spur. Five-pointed star with each arm thicker in the centre tapering down to the edges. Basal junction of each arm delineated in grooves forming a chevron leading to a central round axial hole. The thicker section down the centre of the arms is flattened and is decorated with a continuous row of oblique grooves. Significant gilding survives. Circa AD 13th -15th C.

The whorl is sub-circular in shape and has a maximum diameter of 26.5mm and a depth of 8.6mm. The central perforation is cylindrical and has a diameter of 9.2mm. A Medieval copper-alloy bar mount that measures 17.2mm in length. The mount is comprised of three hemispherical cross-sectioned lobes, with a flat reverse. This artifact is covered in a green patina. The central lobe has no visable surface decoration and measures 7.7mm wide and has a thickness of 2.7mm. The reverse of the central lobe shows signs of corrosion or wear. This end-cap is sub-rectangular in cross-section with a central longitudinal slot on the underside with evidence of the remains of a corroded iron tang. An iron bevelled horseshoe, probably of late medieval date (c AD 1450 - 1550). The object is a rounded U-shape in plan with a more purely U shape inner profile and is apparently complete. It has a broad web (47.63mm), tapering along the quarter of each branch towards the heel (27.79mm). The number and location of nail holes cannot be determined due to corrosion. A cast copper-alloy flat axehead of the Early Bronze Age, dating to the period of 2200-1500 BC. It measures 78.36mm in length and 48.24mm in width. It is 10.21mm thick and weighs 159.11g. The axehead is broadly trapezoidal in shape. Its thickest point is in the middle, from where it tapers to the sides. The blade gradually widens towards the cutting edge edge.
