Late Early Medieval to early Post Medieval, cast lead alloy or lead, weight. Probably a spindle whorl or net weight. It is decorated with raised rays and pellets on both faces. In the "Finds Recording Guide", Geake (2001, p66) points out that: "The function of lead weights would have varied, from spindle-whorls to fishing weights to trade weights." She adds that spindle whorls should ideally be circular and must have a central perforation (ibid.). It is possible, therefore, that this lead weight is a spindle whorl. Late Medieval copper alloy single loop strap clasp with two internal projections. It is sub rectangular in plan, with the outer edge in the form of three semi circles. The end of each internal projection terminates in a sub spherical knop. Only the frame is present. It would originally have had a sheet metal plate with no aperture for a pin. The belt or strap to which it was attached may originally have been fastened with something akin to a button and loop. The buckle shares similarities with Whitehead's No.247 but is smaller. There is a raised inscription on the back that reads - JOAN THE WA[D] Joan the Wad copper alloy figurines where mostly sold in West Country souvenier shops and through newspaper & magazine advertising. Dates to between c1850 and c2000 AD. The length is 39mm, the width is 12mm, thickness 8mm, and the weight 9.18g.

Medieval silver hammered coin, probably a penny of Edward III to Henry IV. Based on the style of the surviving crown, it was minted at York. Dates to between c1351 and c1412 AD. The length is 16mm, the width is 10mm, and the weight 0.47g. The reverse inscription is CIVI/[TAS/EBO/RACI]. The coin has been damaged and largely lost.

Post Medieval silver hammered coin of Elizabeth I, a penny possibly of the second issue. The initial mark is possibly a cross-crosslet on the obverse If this is so it would indicate it was produced at Thomas Stanley's mint in the Tower of London. Dates to between c1560 and c1561 AD. The diameter is 14mm and the weight 0.60g. Obverse inscription is E D G ROSA SINE SPINA and the reverse inscription is CIVI/TAS/LON/DON.
