A Medieval copper alloy cast single looped oval buckle with ornate outer edges, arrowed and offset bars, including pin dating to the period AD1250-1400. The outer edge has 5 transverse grooves with 2 lobed knops. The pin is complete and is rolled around the offset bar. Dimensions: Length: 15.13 mm, Width: 15.84mm, Thickness 3.12mm, Weight: 1.42 g. An incomplete Post-Medieval copper alloy double looped trapazodial buckle with moulded decoration on the loops dating to the period AD1620-1680. The buckle is missing one of the loops. Buckle consists of a square shaped loop with a lobed protrustion on the offset bar. Buckle has an angled (downward) pointed end and bevelled outside edge. The pin is missing. Dimensions: Length: 27.65 mm, Width: 21.08mm, Thickness 7.30mm, Weight: 2.87 g. Similar to: Whitehead (2003) p. 82 No. 511

A complete Early medieval Thor's hammer silver pendant with gold insets, dating to late 9th-10th century AD. The pendant is an example of a growing number of amulets found in England representing Mjölnir, the hammer of the Norse god Thor.
