Medieval (13th to 15th century) mount: The mount is a shield-shape and on the outer face has a low-relief frame. The mount is possibly decorated by if so, corrosion has distorted the design so it is not visible. There are slight domes, one towards the upper edge and the other towards the lower edge which may be a rivet head, although the rivet is not visible on the reverse. The reverse is undecorated. The mount has a grey patina and measures 28.02mm long, 19.21mm wide, 2.61mm thick and weighs 4.79g. The mount is possibly Medieval, 13th to 15th centuries.

Medieval (mid 13th to mid 15th century) folding clasp: The copper alloy clasp has a sub-rectangular frame, with convex exterior side edges, which are concave on the interior edge. Both strap bars are narrowed and one strap bar has a copper alloy sheet curled around it. The frame has a dark green patina and the copper alloy sheet has a mid green patina. The clasp and sheet together measure 20.34mm long and 14.94mm wide across the frame. It weighs 2.43g. In Egan and Pritchard (2002) there are similar clasps, Nos. 551 and 569, which date to the late 13th to mid 15th centuries. …

Late Iron Age-Roman brooch, probably a Langton Down type: The copper alloy brooch is incomplete; it has cylindrical wings, although this is incomplete. The pin, spring and axis bar are missing, although there appears to be a stud which is circular sectioned and tapers to a blunt point, protruding from the interior of the wings. The function of the stud is not certain. The wings contain some iron corrosion. The exterior of the head has and obliquely angled rim and the body of the head is narrowed slightly.
