An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy buckle (c. 1660-c. 1720). The pin, spindle and chape are missing. The frame of the buckle is misshapen and is symmetrical in plan. At the centre, the sides have drilled holes to accommodate an iron spindle which only survives within the holes. Each curved outer edge is decorated at the front with inscribed flower heads and scrollwork. However, the decoration is mostly worn off on one outer edge. A complete Medieval copper-alloy bar mount (c. 1150-c. 1450). This mount has a central body, oval in plan, domed at the front and concave at the rear. A smaller domed element at each end has a pierced hole through the centre to hold a separate copper-alloy rivet. The rivets have flat heads and are flush with the front. At the front the central body is decorated with transverse incised grooves. This mount is drab brown with patches of corrosion.
