A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy dress-hook (1500-1650).
Read Class E, Type 3.
The main body of the dress-hook is sub-circular in plan. The main body is decorated with a moulded-relief openwork design featuring a raised linear circle with elongated knops to both sides. The area within the circle is plain. A rectangular attachment loop extends from one end. At the opposite end there is rearwards projecting hook that terminates with a sharp point. The hook is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear. The rear face of the object is flat and plain.

A complete lead or lead alloy bird feeder, of Late Medieval or early post-Medieval date (c. 1450-1700). The rim describes a semi-circular shape when seen from above; the sides taper from the rim towards the semi-circular flat base.
The rear face is flat and plain, giving a D-shaped cross-section. The front has three ridged lines (including a ridge along the rim) and a dotted line below, as decoration around the flared top.

Lead spindle whorl of probable early medieval date. In the form of a flat disc weighing 35.4g, of 24.8mm diameter with a centrally located straight-sided 10.0mm aperture, and a thickness of 11.7mm. The sides are slightly convex, and the item is completely covered in grey-white patination.
The whorl conforms to Walton-Rogers form B, and therefore probably dates to c.900 - 1100AD.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy scabbard chape dating to the Roman period, c. 100-200 AD. It is pelta shaped in plan, demonstrating a crescent shaped lower edge and an upper edge consisting of two bevelled, semi-circular cut out sections that create projecting outer 'arms' on each side of the object, though the ends of these are broken away in old damage. The midpoint of the object between the two cut-out sections demonstrates a 'V' shaped notch, while the reverse of the chape is dished, missing its original sheet backplate. Description: Fragment of a post-medieval gilded silver seal-top spoon. The flat circular top has the owner's initials G * C * made from punchmarks (pecked), with similar pecked scrolls above and below. The remaining part of the handle consists of a baluster-moulded collar with eleven longitudinal grooves, above which are two steps up to the flat seal top, and below which is a narrow double collar. The handle terminates in a jagged break.
