A very worn Roman copper-alloy sestertius, probably of Faustina II (AD 147-175), dating to the period AD 161-175 (Reece period 8). Unclear reverse type, possibly depicting Fecunditas standing front head right holding vertical sceptre in right hand, child(?) in left. Mint of Rome.
