An incomplete cast copper-alloy fragment originating from a strip type bracelet or armlet dating to the Roman period, c. 250-410 AD. The fragment is broadly rectangular in plan and section, curving strongly in profile before truncating neatly at both ends. The upper surface of the braclet is decorated with a single moulded double ring-dot motif, bordered above by a double transverse ridge and four punched circular dimples, and below by a single transverse ridge. A medieval copper alloy scabbard chape. The chape is cast in one piece. It is sub-triangular in plan and shallowly oval in section. Three sets of three incised grooves wrap around both the front and back of the chape; each set is spaced circa 12mm apart. The tip of the chape is missing; the patina of the break is the same as the rest of the object suggesting that it was broken in antiquity. A complete cast copper alloy Medieval to Post Medieval double-looped buckle dating c.1350-1650AD, complete with pin. The buckle is of plain form with no adornments and has a double looped oval frame with a strap-bar at its midpoint.. Preserved in good condition with an even green patina. There is a groove for the pin to rest in at the mid point of both frames. The buckle measures 19.25mm long, 13.41mm at the widest part of the frame, 11.74mm wide at the central bar point , 2.02mm thick and weighs 1.6g. A very similar buckle can be seen in Whitehead (1996) p. 53, no. 295.

A lead alloy circular seal matrix dating to the medieval period, circa AD 1200-1350. The seal matrix has been made in one piece with the remains of an integrally moulded suspension loop at the reverse. The front face would have originally been decorated and possibly the name of the owner but there is just an outline of what appears to be a flower and there is a pierced hole and indentation to the centre. A piece of flint debitage probably of middle/late Bronze Age date (c. 1600 - c. 800 BC). Flint, pale grey, opaque, all surfaces covered with pale orange-yellow patina. Red iron staining on both faces suggesting movement within a river. Broadly triangular in plan with one convex edge and curved corners; trapezoidal in cross-section. Tertiary working, hard hammer: the ventral face has a large bulb of percussion at the proximal end. Possible short, scaled, semi abrupt retouch on small areas of the edge of ventral face, but this may be ancient damage. Overall, the object measures 38.7 mm

An incomplete medieval copper alloy buckle plate (cf. Egan and Pritchard 1991, nos. 332-30). The buckle plate is formed of a rectangular sheet plate with a straight outside edge. At one end is a round aperture flanked on either side by a rivet hole. One of the holes contains a copper alloy rivet.
