A Medieval silver cut farthing of Henry III (AD 1216-1272). Voided long cross of uncertain class (North 983-999) dating to AD 1247-1272. Unknown mint and moneyer. Coin is very worn therefore very little information can be deciphered. North (1994: 225-7). Overall dimensions: 8.2mm in length, 7.92mm in width and 0.3g in weight.

Minted at London or possibly Lincol. Cut roughly from 2-5 o'clock of the obverse. Detail is sharp. Measurements: 8.98mm long, 7.95mm wide, 0.83mm thick and 0.26g in weight.
