An incomplete medieval copper alloy buckle pin, dating to c.1270-1350 AD. The pin shaft is triangular in shape, narrowing to a rounded point, which has a slight curve to it. The shaft is rectangular in cross section, at the wider end there is a raised ridge, the pin then curves round in a hook to attach it to the frame. This is worn and broken, and is semi circular in shape. The pin is a dark green colour, and has no decoration. It measures 40.5mm in length, 10.2mm in width, 3.3mm in thickness and weighs 3.14g. An incomplete copper alloy post medieval double loop buckle missing the pin, dating from c. 1500- 1650. The loops are D shaped, the inside edges are bevelled. The narrowed pin bar extends beyond the loops on each side and ends in a knop, it is sub triangular in cross section. The frame is bent, and does not lie flat. The buckle has a dark green patina, with traces of black lacquer. The buckle measures 36.3mm in length, 30.1mm in width, and 7.14g in weight. The buckle is similar to one in Whitehead, 1996, 54, 303.

A copper alloy late Roman nail cleaner with a straight sided blade with varying decoration, dating from 300-410 AD. The nail-cleaner consists of four parts, at the top is a circular attachment loop, which sits at ninety degrees to the main body of the cleaner. Originally an old flint flake that has been reshaped, dating to the Bronze Age, 2500- 700 BC. The surface of the dorsal face is covered by cortex, suggesting that this is a primary flake. There are short stepped retouch along the edge of the flint, which are semi abrupt. Length 59.6mm, width 57.5mm thickness 21.2mm weight 87g.
